Double BBQin - Eaton Family Picnic & Drew's 1st Bday Party!

 Today was loads of fun! I attended two BBQs and took lots of adorable pictures.  Believe it or not, this is the narrowed down selection of all those shots!  

First, I went to the Youth Center to meet Great Great Auntie Janet!  She was having a picnic with her HUGE extended family, so I also got to meet a bunch of my second and third cousins.  Grandpa was glad to see so many members of his extended family too.  Of course, I was a charmer and Auntie Janet and the rest of the crew simply loved me.  

It was a hot day, so we took another dip in the pool.  Momma and I had to show Grandma all my moves! 

Once I was finally dried off, time to chat a little more before saying good-bye.

Then it was off to my good friend Drew's FIRST birthday party!  She is such an older woman - a whole half year ahead of me.  It was a very elaborate and impressive cookout with a giant tent, a virtual baby waterpark made up of slip-n-slides and splash pools, a baby playground with lots of toys and activity centers, some delicious BBQ food from Dave's for the adults, and lots and lots of people!

My buddy Rhys, who is a couple months younger than me, and I had fun playing together too.  Here he is with his mommy and daddy. 

And here we are trying out the baby waterpark.  Rhys was not a fan.  I felt bad for the little guy but it wasn't my favorite activity either.  Note below:

We had more luck with the slip-n-slide when our friend Drew came back to play with us and there was less cold water around.  Look how cute we are when playing together:

Here's Momma and "Aunties" Sarah and Mary just a few years ago in the oldest picture Momma had online of them (although there are much older ones).  Things have changed just a little bit in 6 years, eh?

Phew! What a fun but exhausting day.  It's hard being that cute in every photo all the time....
