A morning in the life of a mobile baby at daycare!

It was my buddy Rosa's birthday at daycare today... She's one!  She's leaving us next week for the toddler room and I will miss her.  To celebrate, I decided to steal the car she was playing from her.  (I LOVE this car, by the way.  Now that I'm a crawler, I play with it every day!)

I am so mobile that I am now one of the "animals" shaking the cage every morning.  I want my breakfast, Miss Lisa!

That was a fun long weekend, Momma... but now it's time to play with all my fun toys.  The daycare world is mine, now that I'm a mobile baby!!

Chilling at Costco

Costco is so fun for me.  I get to ride in the cart like a big boy (there's space for two babies, though -- EVERYTHING is bigger in Costco!) and there is so much to look at!  Here's Daddy trying to mimic me.

Fun with Momma on Veteran's Day

I'm home with Momma today in celebration of Veteran's Day and we're having lots of fun. Oh, and I'm home with Koko too. Here we are "bonding."

We spent the morning at the pool at Mountlake Terrace with my babyfriend Maggie and her mom.  The splash pad and lazy river were so fun!  Something that's not so fun is my hooded towel... I've been pulling it off lately.  Bummer!

And, now for my new favorite toy... Momma's mixing bowl!

Swimming class fun!

Swim class was so fun today!  We practiced reaching for the wall after a fall.  (We call this "Humpty Dumpty") and then had fun playing on our "wall."  We were a little late today because Momma came from parent-teacher conferences and there was a big windstorm that delayed Daddy and I, so we got to stay for the next class.  Bonus! 

Then some Bellevue Square mall shopping.  This hat is a bit too big, but cute! 

Lunch was at our typical Greek place.  I enjoyed some strips of lamb and... Daddy's cup!

Happy face at drop off

A bit of a sleep in for me meant I was taken to daycare in my PJs! I didn't mind. I was happy to play with my friends! 

I was a pretty big happy face for Momma and Daddy at home tonight, squealing with delight at everything they did. I am so fun to play with! I also had my first cucumber sticks and loved mowing on them. I ate a lot! Momma thinks they feel good on my gums. I think they're yummy!

After waking up again in the middle of the night to practice pre-crawling stuff, I was a happy baby in the morning even if M&D wrere pretty tired.  Momma lingered at daycare and watched me play with my friends. I like Rosa's older brother (Eli) a lot and had big smiles for him when he dropped her off. Momma heard all about the fun I had in the fire drill yesterday with all the high schoolers. I liked being wheeled out in my crib even though I was sleeping when it happened. :) I also like the high school volunteers who come to observe us for their child development class. Pretty cool.
