Meeting the Easter Bunny!

Elliott met the (weird looking) Easter Bunny today at the mall and did not cry. Wihoo! Overheard from another family behind us in line: "Can I pay to take pictures of THAT baby?" :)

Elliott did great at the pediatrician. He now weighs... 12 lbs 12 oz (91%) and is 23.5 in long (79%). The doctor says he is perfectly healthy and looking great. He was not a fan of his first vaccines (3 in the thigh and 1 oral) but after some nursing, he calmed down a bit. We didn't get pictures at the doctors but here's one we took of him in the onesie Jill gave him this morning during one of his only happy baby times today (he was pretty fussy all day) and one sweet one of how he fell asleep holding my hand. :)

Walking and Bath time - a success!

Tonight after Daddy got home we went for a walk around the neighborhood in the stroller. Kobe liked it but Elliott was only a fan for half of it before he wanted out. We will walk with the Ergo next time. After we got home, it was time for a bath because little E was pretty stinky from sweating earlier in the day when he walked around shopping with Momma in the Ergo. It was 60 degrees and we got warm! Bath time was a success today - a pretty content and warm baby made it easier to get all clean. Now it's time for books, food, and bed. Goodnight!

Trying to Reach...

Today we have almost outgrown this onesie that was too big for us last week! We are all smiles, though, during tummy and back time with the activity gym. We are trying to reach up and touch the animals...but we aren't quite coordinated enough yet, so Momma has to help.

Ultrasound at Children's

Here are photos from the ultrasound at Children's Hospital on Friday. Elliott did so well and charmed the tech. :) We liked the hospital... it was very friendly and decorative. There were Wiis in the waiting room that Daddy wanted to play with, but we didn't wait very long.

Results come in tomorrow from the doctor but unofficially the tech thought his hips looked fine.

E Hearts Ultrasounds

All smiles today while eating lunch at the local taco tuck.

The ultrasound went well this afternoon - we took pictures on the regular camera and we will send those soon. He seemed to really enjoy the whole experience. Lots of smiles and coos. Apparently he likes ultrasounds... Just like in utero. Unofficially, the tech said his hips look good. We will know for sure when the doctor calls us on Monday.
