Well, I figured out how to not be so mad I was on my tummy/side and ended up sleeping pretty soundly in that position. Momma didn't sleep soundly because she was too worried about me, so she finally called the doctor today. He said it was fine to let me sleep that way since I'm strong enough now to roll back over or turn my head t breathe. It's still weird for her to see me face-planted, though.
This morning, Mommy had to go to the dentist. She tried to get out of it when they called her, saying she stays at home with an infant all day and couldn't possibly leave me, but they said to bring me on in, so there she went. It was supposed to be my nap time, but I was too interested in what was going on instead. I watched part of the cleaning from my car seat, spent another part of it fascinated by what was going on from Momma's lap, and then spent the last part in the position pictured above. Momma was getting quite a workout, but I loved it!
Back at home I had fun playing in my Jumparoo. I have moved on to an obsession with the hanging toucan. I keep trying to get it in my mouth. Finally, I achieved success! See: below.
The rest of the day was pretty low key. Momma's friend Shantali came over and we went for a walk in the Arboretum. Then, Daddy came home and we had a nice night in together.
