Daddy wasn't feeling well today, so he got to stay home with us. We spent most of the day lounging in our PJs (I was cozy in my new organic cotton ones Auntie got for me recently). Daddy napped most of the morning and Mommy and I had a pretty good nap too. We had fun in the afternoon just playing together. I enjoyed getting a new angle on some of my favorite stories as we read books together. You can see my new favorite way to enjoy books in the photo to the left. I also like to use my little fist to "turn" pages. Mommy gets it going and I have fun swatting at it until I can see a new picture. She says I'm doing a great job acquiring early literacy skills... :) I had lots of smiles and laughs for Daddy. We got to hang out together for two and a half hours - just us dudes - in the evening while Momma used a gift certificate to the Spa for a mini massage. We had a lot of fun together but Momma was glad to see me when she got home. She's not used to being out on the town by herself!
