Today was Momma's 31st birthday and the first one that I officially got to be a part of, so what she wanted most was lots of snuggle time with me and Daddy. Wish... granted! I had fun hanging out with her at home (check out me trying to pull myself into a sitting position on her lap in the photo below... and, yes, she had a hurt ankle today but that's all better now) and Daddy came home early to play with us. Even Kobe was a good boy for Momma. She also had fun FaceTiming with Grandma, Grandpa, Great Grams & Gramps and Uncle Jay Jay. Of course, I was the star of the FaceTime show, but that's of course the way it goes. :)
Our evening time with Daddy was spent on a short walk to buy Kobe some new food (hopefully this won't upset his tummy!), then off to Momiji for some delicious sushi. I decided it would be fun to shriek "Happy Birthday" to Momma during the meal so I ended up getting walked around the restaurant quite a bit to calm down and Momma knocked over and broke a soy sauce glass bottle with her giant diaper bag, but it was a fun meal despite the chaos we caused. Good thing those Momiji hipsters put us in the back corner of the restaurant. :)
