Mommy's Night out at PEPS

Today, I decided it was time to party at 6am... after waking up my usual eight thousand times all night.  That's the earliest I've woken Mommy up, and she wasn't a fan.... but she made the best of it and we played for a bit.  Luckily, I got tired again around 8am, so Mommy and I napped from 8-10am (with one wakeup)... so she forgave me for waking her up so early.

Then it was off to yoga.  It was a BEAUTIFUL sunny day out, so Mom popped me in the Ergo and we decided to walk to the studio. When we got there, the teacher and the other moms and babies had decided that it was too nice to be inside... so we walked to the park nearby (the recently renovated one with the ballfields), set our yoga mats down on the flubber in the shade, and did yoga outside! I loved it because I could look up and see my favorite thing - trees!   After yoga, I took a nap in the Ergo while Mommy had lunch at Cafe Flora with Anna & the yoga teacher and their babies.

Daddy came home early and helped Mommy clean the house because it was our turn to host PEPs that night.  I played in my Jumparoo and was a happy boy.  It was Mom's Night Out at PEPs, so I stayed home with Daddy and the other dads and babies while Momma got to join the ladies at the Bottlehouse - her favorite place! - for wine and cheese.  She loved it!  The babies, on the other hand, didn't have such a great night with the Dads... some of them decided to be very fussy.  I was pretty good, but I was HUNGRY.  In 1.5 hours, I ate 6 ounces of milk from the bottle! Daddy couldn't believe it!

You can see some of my PEPs friends in the photo above - from left-right there is Adelaide, Olaf, Kayleigh, me and Maggie.  Kayleigh and I were born on the same day and Maggie was born the day after.  Adelaide is a few days younger and Olaf is a whole month older (and the only boy).  We were missing a couple babies at this point but it was still a cute picture. :)

I was still awake after PEPs, so we walked to Auntie Nicole & Uncle Mitra's house to pick up Kobe.  (They had been kind enough to babysit my brother for the night... because Mommy and Daddy weren't sure they wanted to trust him with so many babies all over the floor).   I went to bed kind of late, but happy.
