Sleepless in Seattle!

Don't let these cute sleeping photos fool you. I didn't let my mom get one wink of sleep last night.  I was crying and hungry every hour and a half! So when Daddy called at 4am to say his flight was delayed and he had to reroute, getting in at 6pm instead of 1pm, Momma was quite upset. But we made the best of it and spent a whole day out of the house to make the time pass quicker.

First, we went to the movies to see The Big Wedding. Then it was so beautiful out that we walked around downtown Kirkland (by the movies) for a while, exploring the waterfront. We headed to Bell Square to do a little shopping. Then, we went to pick my friend Lily up from daycare (where I will go to school in September) and we had a little play date outside on the grass.

Finally, it was time to pick up Daddy from the airport! I was so happy to see him that I cried. :) I calmed down, though, and off we went for my second sushi dinner at Miyabi. Then it was home for us... Almost 12 hours after we left. What a day about town!
